This vintage  wall hook by is made of plastic and has two hooks on the front for hanging coats, scarves, or other items. 

The background of the wall hook features Little Blossom, Scamper Lily, and Daisy Dreamer and a teapot-shaped house. It comes in its original box, which shows some wear and is slightly faded.

The hook attaches to the wall or a door with adhesive stickers on the back, as shown in the last photo. The wall hook is unused, but I'm not sure if the adhesive will still stick after all this time. Even if it's still sticky, it can probably only hold up small, light items like scarves or necklaces and would need more reinforcement to hold heavier items like coats or clothing.

The back of the box is dated "1984."
